🏆 A Monthly Feature

House of the Month

One Standout Indianapolis Yard, Every Month

Every month we pick one yard in the Indianapolis area that turned out especially well, shoot a short walkthrough, and show the before and after. It's part portfolio, part bragging rights for the homeowner — and it's the easiest way to see what our work actually looks like instead of taking our word for it.

  • Short video tour of the finished yard
  • Real before & after photos — no stock images
  • Featured homeowner gets a free mow that month
  • Neighborhood only — we never publish addresses

How a Yard Gets Chosen

It isn't about who has the biggest property or spent the most money. It's about the size of the change.

The Transformation

This is the big one. A small yard that went from waist-high and neglected to clean and sharp beats a large property that already looked fine. We're looking for the biggest visible difference between the before and the after.

Curb Appeal

How the place reads from the street — clean edges along the walk and drive, defined bed lines, nothing overgrown against the house. The details a neighbor notices without being able to say exactly why.

Consistency

Yards that get looked after all season tend to photograph best, because the turf is actually healthy rather than freshly cut over bare patches. Regular customers have a natural edge here.

A Willing Homeowner

We only feature a home when the homeowner is happy to be featured. If you'd rather keep your place off the internet, that's completely fine — just tell us and we'll pick someone else, no hard feelings.

Past Winners

Every yard we've featured, newest first. This builds into a real portfolio of local work over time — all of it ours, all of it in the Indianapolis area.

The Archive Starts in October

October 2026 is the first House of the Month, so there's nothing here yet. Once it runs, every past feature stays on this page permanently — video, before-and-afters, and all. Check back, or get your yard in the running below.

House of the Month Questions

How picking works, and what we will and won't publish.

How does a yard get picked?

Mostly on the size of the transformation. A modest yard that went from overgrown to sharp is a better story than a big property that already looked good. Curb appeal and consistency through the season factor in too.

Do I have to be a customer?

It helps, since we need before and after photos and access to film a short walkthrough. But you can nominate any yard in our service area — if we haven't worked on it, we'll reach out to the homeowner first.

Will you show my address?

Never. We publish the neighborhood or city only — no street address, no house number, and no shots that make the address readable. And we only feature a home with the homeowner's say-so.

Is there a prize?

The featured homeowner gets a free mow that month. Beyond that it's really just a fun way to show off good work and give credit to people who keep their place looking sharp.

Can I nominate a neighbor?

Yes, and people do. Tell us roughly where it is and what makes it stand out. We'll contact the homeowner for permission before featuring anything.

What if I'd rather not be featured?

Just say so and we'll pick someone else — no hard feelings and it won't affect your service at all. We'd never publish a customer's property without asking first.
